Original artwork was created using acrylic paint on canvas. Although this isn’t the first time I have created an artwork based on a giraffe, it never fails to surprise me how strange the structure of their faces is. However, this doesn’t stop them from being one of the cutest and gentlest creatures found within Africa. This baby giraffe aims to present the gentle and inquisitive nature of the species and perhaps reflect a little bit of our own awe at such beautiful animals. Say hello to the gentle giant of the African desert.
